Sales Policies

Handgun sales

Handguns are sold to Michigan residents in person only, at the shows we attend. They cannot be shipped, reserved online, or paid for in advance. Every handgun sale requires ATF Form 4473, the Michigan Pistol Sales Record (RI-060), a NICS background check, and valid Michigan photo ID showing your current address. Buyers must be 21 or older.

Long guns, ammunition & accessories

Rifles, shotguns, ammunition, gear and accessories ship nationwide where legal. Firearms ship to a licensed FFL dealer in your state — never to a residence. Buyers must be 18 or older for long guns. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live; we will not ship anything into a jurisdiction that prohibits it.

Inquiries, not checkout

We do not process payments online. Every listing on this site is an inquiry. You tell us what you want, we confirm availability and total cost, and we settle up in person or by an agreed method before anything ships. Prices and availability can change without notice, and listing an item is not a guarantee we still have it.

Background checks & refusal of sale

Every firearm sale runs a background check. We will decline any sale we believe is unlawful, a straw purchase, or simply doesn’t sit right — at our sole discretion and without explanation. That’s not negotiable and it protects everybody.

Returns

All firearm sales are final once the transfer is complete. Non-firearm items in unused, original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase — reach out first and we’ll sort it. Defective merchandise is handled through the manufacturer’s warranty; we’ll help you start that process.

Transfer fees

Incoming FFL transfers are $35 per firearm, due at pickup. Contact us before your item ships so we can confirm we’ll accept it and send our license to the seller. Items that arrive without prior arrangement may be refused.
